Return Policy
1. Overview
This Return Policy applies to all course purchases made through Elbowscrmobility. We want you to feel confident in your enrollment and offer a fair refund process in accordance with New Zealand consumer protection law.
2. Pricing and GST
Course fees are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include goods and services tax (GST) unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. The price you pay is the price confirmed in writing before payment.

4. Voluntary Change-of-Mind Refunds
In addition to your rights under New Zealand consumer law, we offer the following voluntary refund policy for digital courses purchased directly from us:
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have accessed no more than one module of the course
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
This policy is offered as a courtesy and does not replace remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 if our services fail to meet a statutory guarantee.
5. Partial Refunds
If you have accessed more than one module but less than half of the course content, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of content not yet accessed.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- More than half of the course content has been accessed
- The refund request is made more than 30 days after purchase
- Course materials have been downloaded or shared with third parties
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at office@elbowscrmobility.world with your full name, order details, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and process eligible refunds within 14 business days.
8. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
9. Course Transfers
Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a different course of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
10. Your Rights Under New Zealand Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), the Fair Trading Act 1986, or the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017.
Under the CGA, if our services are not carried out with reasonable care and skill, are not fit for a particular purpose you told us about, or are not delivered within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, repeat performance, or compensation — even if the voluntary change-of-mind period in section 4 has ended or you have accessed more content.
For disputes you cannot resolve with us directly, you may apply to the Disputes Tribunal for claims within its limits, or seek guidance from the Commerce Commission regarding misleading or unfair conduct.
